Building and Technology Update
Admininstrators and Building Administrators can now change the submission name of a work order from the administration edit screen.
Changing the submission name changes the name, email, and username of the person who originally submitted the work order. Many organizations submit work orders for their users rather than letting users directly submit work orders. In this and other situations, changing the submission name allows users who may not have directly entered a work order to received email notifications and information as if they had entered the work order directly.
