Internet Explorer 7.0 (IE7)
We've tested the system with Internet Explorer 7.0 and we don't see any problems at this time. Several customers had asked about IE7 and also about java. We only have two actual java applets on the system: the pull-down menus and the tabs on the details page. According to Microsoft's site, they will support the Microsoft Virtual Machine until December 31, 2007. We will most likely transition away from the two applets soon.
For now, feel free to try out IE7 and please contact us with any problems that you find when you are using it with our system. Please note that other applications may have problems with IE7. In Missouri, some problems have been reported with DESE and SIS.
