I Like Big Buttons and I Cannot Lie
Earlier in the summer, Mark Chuchiak from Edison Local School District in Ohio called me about the submit buttons on the work order systems. Training at his school had just started and teachers weren't always clicking the submit button and their work orders were not being saved/submitted. He asked if we could make the buttons bigger so that they would stand out more. This is one of those small changes that shouldn't take much time so it always gets pushed back to work on changes that will take more time (sorry about that Mark!). We made the changes tonight, but also added an extra feature. When you close the work order submission page without submitting the work order, you now get an error message asking you if you are sure you want to close the page. We tested this script in IE and Mozilla Firefox and it seems to work well. We also made the submit buttons bigger in the technology and building work order systems.
